what you need to know before your appointment:

• Treatment Time: One session takes anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on the composition of your teeth. Results will last a lifetime with proper maintenance and periodic touch-ups at a discounted price.

Pre-service instructions:

• Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate = Happy Teeth. Please drink lots of water before your appointment.

• Do not floss the day of treatment. This can cause little micro-injury to gums and cause sensitivity.

• Make sure to eat before your appointment! You will have to wait 2 hours after your appointment to eat (water is the only exception during this time!).

• You can bring your own headphones/phone/tablet or other forms of entertainment for your session. Feel free to dress comfortably.  

Post-service instructions:

• Only neutral-colored foods, liquids, toothpaste, and mouthwash for 24 hours after appointment since the pores in your teeth will still be open. 

• Staying hydrated before and after your appointment will help with sensitivities.
